Patient Satisfaction

SINAI CLINIC Health is committed to providing quality healthcare close to home. One way we measure our success is through customer satisfaction surveys. We measure satisfaction on a continuous basis for all key areas: inpatient, emergency services, outpatient tests and treatment and physician offices. We receive reports twice a year giving us detailed information on how satisfied our families are with everything from the friendliness of the physician they saw to the quality of the food.
